GOULD, Lawrence Aubrey
It is with sad hearts that the family of Lawrence A. Gould of Fredericton announce his passing on March 7, 2016 at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, NB, August 12, 1930, a son of the late Ernest and Rose (Maston) Gould and husband of the late Ruth Evelyn (Arnold) Gould.
Lawrence was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator having worked for the City of Fredericton and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Minto, NB.
Survived by his children Larry (Lynn) of Burtts Corner, Greg (Carla) of Moncton and Pam Carson (Steven) of Fredericton; sister-in-law Doreen of Minto; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Bernard Gould.
Following cremation, a private family visitation will be held. Interment in the Marysville United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish memorials may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of the donor’s choice. Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road have been entrusted with arrangements.
