Passed peacefully away on March 15th at the St. John's Long-Term Care Facility, Randolph (Randy) Porter, aged 81 years. Predeceased by his parents Sarah and Harold, daughter-in-law Marie, sister-in-law Ruby and brothers-in-law Kevin and Les. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his beloved wife of sixty years Marie (Pilgrim); three sons Paul (Donna), Glenn (Madeline), Darren (Sharon); grandchildren Jeremy, Matthew, David, Evan, Ronnie, Leanne, Ashley, and special lifelong friend Gordon McGrath; also sisters-in-law Eileen, Carol, Gloria, and Judy; brothers-in-law, Joe and Gary and special niece Valerie. With a career spanning over thirty years with Browning Harvey Ltd. and the Mount Pearl Lions Club Randy also leaves to mourn a large circle of friends, co-workers and acquaintances. A Special thank you to the staff of 3NW of St. John's Long-Term Care Facility for their care and kindness provided to our father during his decline in health over the past couple of years. Visitation to take place at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday March 18, 2016 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from Caul's Chapel on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Society.
