Jean Frances McNeill, daughter of Eileen (MacDonald) and the late Clifford McNeill, passed away at the age of 52 at the family home in Sydney Forks on March 16, 2016, surrounded by loved ones.
She had a love for the city of Calgary, Alta., where she lived for the past 30 years with many close friends she considered to be a second family and a successful career in nursing. She was curious and open minded about the world with a wanderlust to travel and experience different cultures and ways of life. She had a great passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and achieved many marathons.
Jean was cheerful and full of life. Her smile could light up a room and she had a laugh that was infectious. She made everyone around her happy; whether it was a funny joke, her positive attitude or her big smile, she was a delight to be around.
She was a "Rockstar" with many fans.
She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends, who loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honour at later date.
