Passed peacefully away at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on Monday, March 28, 2016. Predeceased by his parents: Sylvia and Donald Mackey. Leaving to mourn his wife: Linda (nee Hott); daughters: Caroline and Jennifer; grandson: Connor and sisters: Martha (Leroy) and Cindy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Friday April 1, 2016, from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place in Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11 am. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John's Boys and Girls Club, Mundy Pond Road, where he was the Executive Director for many years.
