WALL, KENNETH GORDON
It is with deep sadness that the family of Kenneth Gordon Wall, 78, of Moncton, announce his passing into the presence of our Lord on Monday, April 18, 2016. Born in Calgary, AB, he was the son of the late Jessie Kusel and Fredrick Godfrey.
Gordon was a Custom Broker most of his life and worked for the Pacific Custom Brokers in Vancouver, BC. He spent many years volunteering in the Downtown Eastside, Vancouver, with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries. He was a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Moncton.
He enjoyed reading the Bible and doing crossword puzzles, but health issues kept him from doing more strenuous work. He enjoyed the time spent with the family and will be deeply missed by his wife of 35 years, Elizabeth Mabel (McNeill); children, Mark, Donna, Scott (Karmet) and Michelle; his sister, Doreen Morden of Alberta and brother, Donald Kusel (Brenda) of BC.
He was predeceased by one sister, Joyce Campbell. Mindy and Maggie, his beloved pets, will miss him greatly.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Gordon’s life will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 77 Hildegard Dr., on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. Martin Kreplin and Rev. Dr. Bill Stewart officiating. Reception in the Church Atrium following the service. Interment will be held in Birch Hill Cemetery.
Donations in Gordon’s memory can be made to St. Andrew’s Building Fund, the Greater Moncton SPCA or a memorial of the donor’s choice.
