Son of the late Dr. Allan and Louise Kearley Frecker. Leaving to mourn his siblings Yvonne (Dermot Kearney), Lorene, Wendy, Stephen, Julie, his partner Lucy Cunningham and relatives in the Frecker and Kearley families. The family wish to thank members of the ACT Team, the RNC, staff at the Wiseman Centre and the staff at the Waterford Hospital for their care and support. A private funeral will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2 pm.
