It is with great sadness that the family of Ann Marlene Oickle (MacDonald) of Doaktown, NB announces her death. Surrounded by her family in love, laughter and memories, she passed peacefully at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Friday, April 29th, 2016 at the age of 76. She was the only daughter on Thomas and Hazel MacDonald (Cress), Ann was predeceased by her father, mother and little brother, Edward.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Elmer Oickle, daughter, Vanessa Clark (Lonnie) of Sunny Side Beach, NB, Timothy Oickle (Jennifer) of Sunny Side Beach, NB, Karen Smith (Cameron) of Chipman, NB; daughter by choice, Suzanne Price (Wallace) of Red Deer, AB; special friend and niece, Sharlene Loveys; grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Alice) of Saskatchewan, Kristee Smith (Brennan) of Fredericton, Andrea Oickle of Winnipeg MB, Melissa Oickle of Winnipeg, MB, Dillon Oickle of Regina, SK; four great-grandchildren, Many beloved nieces and nephews. Our beloved mothers would consisted of her family to which she dedicated her life to.
As per Ann’s wishes there will only a small family service at a later date, as she was a very private woman. Donations in memory of her to the Canadian Alzhiemer’s Society would be appreciated
