1945 - 2016
Cora Jacoba Mann, passed away peacefully at Lakeview Manor on Monday, May 2, 2016 at the age of 70. Born in Aalten, Netherlands, she was the daughter of the late Johan and Dora Horn.
Cora is survived by her daughter Joanne (John); sons, Stewart (Brenda), James “Jim” (Gail); sister, Jeanette; brothers, Theodore (Judith), Dick (Phyllis); sister-in-law, Melda; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Cora was predeceased by her life partner, David Crawford; brothers, John and Joe; granddaughter, Danielle and brother-in-law, Nelson Lutes.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in Fair Haven Cemetery.
The family wishes to acknowledge the staff at The Moncton Hospital and Lakeview Manor for the care and compassion shown to Cora during her time there.
Memorial donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
