The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, May 7, 2016, of Roger Lyle Newport of Summerside, aged 58 years. Loving partner of Rose O'Toole and father of Patrick (Pam Bernard) of Airdrie, Alberta, and Kyle of Kensington. Survived by sisters Julie (Rob) MacDonald of Borden, Colleen Sudsbury of Spring Valley, Debbie (Jack) McGuigan of Montague and brother Grant (Raeanne) of Borden. Predeceased by his mother Ruby (Bill Murphy) and father Revel as well as his sisters Marilyn MacDonald (Charlie) and Linda Quigley. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside.
