McIlveen, Bruce
The passing of Bruce McIlveen of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Gloria (Goudreau) McIlveen occurred on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at home. Born on September 20, 1946 in Saint John, NB, he was a son of the late Charles and Jean (Anthony) McIlveen. Bruce was a Mechanical Engineer.
Bruce is survived by two sons, Jeff McIlveen of Fredericton, NB and Charles “Chuck” McIlveen (Tammy Wu) of Dartmouth, NS; siblings, Gail Gardner (John), Lynn Logan (late Sandy Logan) and Clark McIlveen (Paulette); several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 12 to 2 pm followed by the Funeral Service at 2 pm. Interment will take place in Douglas Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Alzheimer Society or the Fredericton SPCA. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
