It is with great sadness that the family of the late JOHN THORNHILL of Little Bay East announces his passing at his home in Little Bay East on Sunday, July 3rd, 2016, at the age of 71. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are brothers Clyde (Hattie) of St. John’s, Reginald of Timmons, ON, and Donald (Pauline) of Corner Brook; 8 nieces and nephews; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Reginald & Emily Thornhill; and sister-in-law Lorna Thornhill.

The Funeral Service took place at Salem United Church in Little Bay East, on Thursday, July 7th, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at Salem United Church Cemetery in Little Bay East. In John’s memory donations may be made to Salem United Church or A Charity of One’s Choice.
