It is with great sadness that the family of the late Snowdon Parsons announces his passing at the Health Science Center, St. John’s on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the age of 69 years. Predeceased by his father Albert, mother Dorothy and sister Remona. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Julia, sons Jerry, Robin, Josh (Jenny), Chad (Kayla), daughter Tracey, brother Wallace (Wanda), sisters Ethel, Fern, Jackie, brothers-in-law Junior (Geraldine), Sidney (Beth), Wayne (Donna), sisters-in-law Barbara (Leo), Shirley Ann, Holly (Harold), step grandsons Silas and Nathan, special aunt Theresa Ford, very special friends Mildred Rideout and Jeanette Courage, and a large circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service was held 2 P.M. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Buchans officiated by Major Fred Pond. Interment followed at Buchans Community Cemetery.
