Ronald J. Squires

On September 4th, 2014 the world lost a great husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Ron will be forever missed by his loving wife Marion and his children, Ron Jr., Gary, Cynnamon, Cyndi and Mark. Better known as Poppy, he spent countless hours feeding or entertaining the grandkids or driving them around town. They also miss him dearly as do his many friends from the Mt. Pearl Men’s Slo-Pitch Softball League. If there is a softball league in heaven, Ron is certainly playing in it and he is in the outfield and he is happy. Not as happy as if the Leafs win the cup but rest assured, he is keeping his eye on that situation as well.
