Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Monday, October 10, 2016, in her ninety-first year in Montreal. Formerly of Glace Bay, NS. Wife of the late Rubin Rukasin. Beloved mother of Stephen. Predeceased by her dear siblings and their spouses, Myer and Sivia Anapolsky, Abe and Ethel Anapolsky. Loving aunt of Sandra Sabia, Sue and Ron Borden, Robert and Monica Anapolsky, Scott and Jennifer Anapolsky and their families. Daughter of the late Samuel and the late Fanny Anapolsky. Ellen will be sadly mourned by her family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, Montreal, on Thursday, October 13 at 3:15 p.m. Burial in Montreal. Shiva at 6565 rue Collins, C.S.L. Due to the festival of Succoth, shiva ends Sunday afternoon, October 16.
