Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Saturday, October 29, 2016 surrounded by his loving family, Albert Edward Kane, age 67, of Renews. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Maggie (Berrigan) Kane, infant twin brother Michael, brothers Ronnie, Charlie and Frank Kane, nephew Patrick Kane, brother-in-law Pat Hamilton, father-in-law Alfred Maher and brothers-in-law Carl and Alfred Maher Jr. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 37 years, Joselyn, his children Mark (Christa), and Crystal (Shawn Turner) and his cherished grandchildren Brooklyn and Blake Kane and Jayden and Nathan Turner. Also leaving to mourn his sisters Evelyn Hamilton, Mary (Eric) Dunne, Rosalie (Leo) Stead, Teresa (Adolf) Mann, Josephine (Jerry) Johnson, and Diane (Laurie) Sullivan, his brothers Eugene (Bev), Paul (Jackie) and Gerard (Heather) Kane, and sisters-in-laws Marg Kane and Sharon Kane. Leaving also his mother-in-law Bride Maher, his brothers and sisters-in-law Paul (Nellie) Maher, Paddy, Otto and Jude Maher, Anne (Clarence) Molloy, Marian (Felix) Barnable, Noreen (Lars) Nedervage, Bernadette (Gordon) Farrell, and Maria (Roland) Chidley, as well as a large and loving circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and his many co-workers from the Canadian Coast Guard. Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Visitation hours Monday October 31, 2016 from 2-9 pm, Tuesday November 1, 2016 from 2-9 pm, and Wednesday November 2, 2016 10 am - 12 pm.
