Tineke was privileged with a long life and leaves behind an amazing legacy. Daughter of Jozias & Clasina Koster, sister to Cornelia Hagen-Koster (1991), devoted wife of Huig (Henry) Loose (2000), loving mother to 'Mieke Foster (Stephen), Dirk Loose (Barb), and Connie Johnson (Tim, Allan [2005]).
Proud Oma of Jason Foster, Sabrina Brekko (Chad), Jennine Yool (James), David Loose, and Robert and Justin Johnson.
Delighted Groote Oma to Eric, Adam, and Colin Brekko and Dean, Brooke, Summer and Lacey Yool.
Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Adrie van Bodegom, brother-in-law Gerrit Barendregt, and many cousins, nieces and nephews in the Netherlands.
In accordance with her wishes, Tineke's body has been donated to the University of Toronto, Department of Anatomy, to further the learning opportunities for a new generation of medical professionals.
A private family gathering to celebrate her life and reflect on her legacy will be held at a future date.
