Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, December 4, 2016. Perry Calvin Vaters, aged 57 years of Pouch Cove was predeceased by his parents: Gordon and Jessie Vaters; brothers: Eugene and Harris; sister-in-law, Louise and brother-in-law, Douglas Barfoot. Leaving to mourn: his fiancé, Gilda Kelly; daughter, Shannon (Andrew); grandson Andrew Jonathan James Rodgers "AJ"; son Kurt and their mom, Sharon; sister, Phyllis Barfoot; brothers: Irvin (Ruby), Lindbergh (Loretta) and Lionel (Rosemary) as well as his nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Tuesday from 2-9pm and Wednesday from 10am-9pm. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 2:30pm from Memorial United Church, Pouch Cove. With cremation to follow. Inurnment will take place at another time. Donations in Perry's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of one's choice.
