It is with great sadness that the family of Mildred E. Hollett of Burin announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on January 13th, 2017 at the age of 91 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son Harvey Hollett (Joyce) of Bloomfield; daughters Faye Rogers (Clayton) of Gander and Effie King (Gord) of Creston North; grandchildren Michelle Wareham (Reg), Janice Hollett, Raymond Hollett (Shauna), Jackie Bouchard, Tina Rogers (Chuck), Gillian Rogers (Dudley), Wilson Hodder (Jack), Jeremy Hodder (Tonya), Jason Hodder (Nicole), Lorelei Marshall (Colin), Jennifer Saunders, Christopher Hollett (Julie), Joshua Hollett (Natasha), Krista Briand and Tyler Briand; 18 great grandchildren plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by husband Wallace Hollett, son Leroy Hollett and daughter Julianna Briand.
Rev. Dr. Simon Muwowo officiated Funeral service from Serenity Chapel, Burin on Monday, January 16th, 2017 with interment following at Zion United Church Cemetery, Collin's Cove.
Pall Bearers were Reg Wareham, Douglas Wareham, Ralph Paul, Don Paul, Shane Foote and Ben Dibbon.
