We, the family of the late Philip Dwyer wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to family and friends for their acts of kindness during our profound loss. Your outpouring support through visits, calls, emails, charitable donations, flowers, food and cards were greatly appreciated. A sincere thank you to the Wentworth Court staff of Harbourstone, who provided compassionate care throughout his stay with them. Special thanks to the staff of Chant's Funeral Home, Sydney, for your guidance, professionalism and beautiful service which captured the essence of Phil’s character. A warm thank you is extended to the grandchildren pallbearers and everyone who shared special memories of the impact our father had on their lives. Philip was a kind man and will live forever in our hearts through the memories he gave each of us.
