Wendy had wanted to thank the following people for being there from day one: To Carol Ann, for being there when I got my cancer diagnosis; to Ann, Rose, Darby, Denise, Charlene, Cathy and Karen for all your help, for running errands, house cleaning and just being there for me; a huge thank you to my husband Mike for showing all the love and compassion that he did and for putting up with me and my illness, and for never leaving my side; to Doctors Riley and Hollenhurst, to Paula at Palliative Care, to the staff at the Yarmouth Hospital Oncology Unit and to the nursing staff of 3-South for the care and concern you all showed me throughout my illness. “If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. Believe.” Love Wendy, xoxo
