Dale M. Rankin passed away March 2, 2017, at the age of 54. Father of Sadie, son of the late Shirley Rankin, and brother of Allan (Sally Smith), the late Warren (Debra Brooks), and Cheryl (James Vallee). His demons are gone, he is now at peace.
