Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at age 68. Predeceased by her parents Francis and Elizabeth Power. Leaving with fond and loving memories her loving husband of 46 years, Graham; her daughter Elaine (Jason); grandson Liam; brothers: James (Rosalind) and Terry (June); also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit for the compassionate care. A private memorial service will be held at Barrett's Chapel, Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Wednesday, March 22nd, at 11 a.m. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
