Natasha Maria White
Thank you to the community of Stephenville for your outpouring of support, love and care following our tragic loss. Thank you to our extended families, our friends, Natasha's friends, the nurses and staff at Western Health in Stephenville and Corner Brook, the employees at Russell's Funeral Home and The Truck Centre, Fathers O'Quinn and Robertson, the swim club and their families, Zachary's class and school, neighbours and businesses.
Coming to terms with the sudden and unexpected death of our Natasha — a daughter, a wife, mother and sister will be a long and difficult journey. No matter what we do, the pain will remain in some recess of our hearts and minds. Natasha was a rock to her family, a pillar in her nursing family and a breath of fresh air to people she met. In time we will assimilate the pain and move forward, but this will only be possible because of the love and support of our community.
You adorned the funeral home and church with beautiful flowers, you sent messages, made phone calls and sent cards. You fed our bodies with your food and our souls with your gestures of kindness. You formed an honour guard, and hosted the tea, you covered shifts at the hospital to allow her colleagues to attend the funeral, you shared stories and kind sentiments, you saw a job that needed to be done and you did it. You cried with us, you cried for us and remembered us in your prayers.
Our sorrow was balanced only with your generosity and kindness and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Dave, Flo and Duane King,
Johnnie and Zachary White.
