Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on, Thursday, March 23, 2017, while in the comfort of his loved ones, Thomas Michael Stamp, of St. Vincent's, St Mary's Bay, aged 94 years. Predeceased by his wife Rose (nee Comerford), parents Joseph and Clara Stamp; sisters: Ellen Watson, Violet Gibbons, Elizabeth Moyst, Vera Taylor, Marie Cleary and sister-in-law Mary Barron. Always remembered by daughter Cathy, two grandchildren Sophia and Griffin Vallis, sister Bernadette (Patrick) Dobbin, sister-in-law Elizabeth Lee, nieces and nephews and special friends. A special thank you is extended to friends and staff of St. Patrick's Mercy Home for the care given to Tom over the past seven years and especially during his last few days. Resting at the Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent's, on Sunday, March 26, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on, Monday, March 27, at 10 am, at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent's.
