Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Palliative Care Unit on Sunday, March 26, 2017, Mary Patricia Janes of Holyrood in her 77th year. Predeceased by her parents Madeline and Sylvester and her sister Lorraine. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Penny, Wanda (Ahmed), Sabrina; sons Doug (Bernice) and Bill (Kim), granddaughters Melissa (Jason), Amy (Matt); grandson and little buddy Adam; great-grandsons Parker and Paesyn; nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends. A big thank you to Dr. Paul Walsh, Dr. Ahmad, staff at the Bliss Murphy Centre, staff of 5 South B, Health Sciences Centre and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Centre. At her request cremation has taken place. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday, April 1, 2017 and Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with a vigil service to take place on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 7:30 pm.
