Peacefully with his family by his side at the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague, Monday April 10, 2017, of Brian Curley of Georgetown Royalty, age 74 years. Beloved husband of Veronica (nee Myers). Loving father of Arlene (Don Brehaut), Cornwall, Stephen (Angela), Bathurst NB, and Tanya (friend Nora Chaisson), Charlottetown. Grandfather of Carlee and Shelby Glendenning; Jessica Dosser and Morgan Curley; Bradley Johnstone and Andrew Curley; and Amy Allingham. Great-grandfather to Avery and Kaleb Dosser, and Naomi Curley. Oldest brother to Isabelle Christian (Gerard), Patrick, Kevin (Wanda), Rosemary, Dennis (Karin Friday), Kathleen, Terry (Jane) and Dorothy Curley (Gene MacDonald). Brother-in-law of Wayne Myers, Janet Sheppard, Ginger Llewellyn, Mike Myers, Anna Rafuse, Vernon Myers, Georgie Curley and Shauna Sullivan Curley. Predeceased by his parents, Richard and Frances (Cullen) Curley; his son, Joseph Brian Curley; father and mother-in-law, Jackie and Margaret Myers; brothers, John, Philip, Brendan and Austin; and sister-in-law Freda Curley. Resting at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Georgetown, for visitation on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 2 -4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the church at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Brian’s memory to the PEI lung association, or to the St. James cemetery fund.
