HARVEY, HELEN GERTRUDE (LAURIE) The death of Helen Harvey occurred at her home January 6, 2002 in Fredericton, NB. Born in Fredericton, NB to the late Roy and Ella (Gray) Laurie and wife of the late George (Reg) Harvey. Helen is survived by her daughters, Karen Thibodeau (Michael) of Fredericton, NB, and Brenda Lounsbury (Wade) of Maugerville, NB; sister, Doris Foster of Fredericton, NB; sister-in-law, Margarite Harvey of Moncton, NB; grandchildren, Lorrie Quartermain (Chris), Shanon Lounsbury and Dana Hicks (Wendy); great grandchildren, Colton, Connor, Darcy, Zane and Riley, several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and caregivers Marg and Millie. Predeceasing are Helen's husband Reg; parents; brother, Roy Armstrong Laurie; sisters, Thelma Dean, Greta Mackie, Joyce (Betty) Endall, Jean Brown and Mildred Campbell. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 8, 2002 from 2-3 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, January 8, 2002 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Barry Craig officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
