ALBERTA - Gilles passed away peacefully with his family at his side, on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at the High River General Hospital, Alberta, in his 74th year. Gilles was born in Lapraire, Quebec on Aug. 13, 1933, however, spent most of his youth with the Roussy family of Trenton, Nova Scotia. Gilles and Dale settled in Montreal, Quebec which was home until recently moving to Alberta to be closer to family. Gilles is lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Dale (Megeney); his children and grandchildren, Karen (Ugo) Jeffrey; Linda (Larry) David, Katie, Brian and Susan (Deny) Jillian, Brenden. A memorial service will be held in Alberta. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
