GRANT, JEANETTE - The death of Dorothy Jeanette Grant of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, occurred at Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, New Brunswick on Thursday October 12, 2006. Born May 2, 1939 in Little Ridge, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of Rhoda Dickinson and the late James Dickinson. She is survived by her husband, Hazen Grant; mother, Rhoda Dickinson; two daughters, Barbara Grant (Kenneth), Roxanne Grant; two sons, Peter Grant (Patty), Ronald Grant; Chosen daughter, Lynette Fiander (Mark); four sisters, Shirley Stuart (Stillie), Kay Reid (Ken), Sheila Belliveau (Gerry), Eleanor Simpson; grandchildren, Danny, Bradley, Jeremy, Daphne, Ashley and Courtney Grant, Andrew, Danny and Alex Reid; great grandchildren, Katelyn, Hayley, Kayleigh, Gavin and Jason; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2 pm on Monday October 16, 2006 from the Kirk McColl United Church with Rev. Dr. Mark Hatfield officiating. Interment will take place in the Old Ridge Cemetery.
