DAVENPORT, JEAN MARIE- The passing of Jean Davenport of Victoria Glen Manor occurred on January 5, 2008 at the Victoria Glen Manor at the age of 76. Born November 18, 1931 in Wapske, NB. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Clara (Elliott) Edgar. Jean is survived by her son, Robert (Sharon) Davenport of Perth-Andover, NB; daughter, Penny (Preston) Hanscom of Perth-Andover, NB; five grandchildren, Robert Jr., Timothy, Nathan, Sarah, and Matthew; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Phillis (Mac) Bell of Stickney, NB; one brother, Clayton (Gertrude) Edgar of Lake George, NB. Jean was predeceased by her parents; husband, Roy Davenport; daughter, Brenda; son, Dale; sister, Shirley; two brothers, Wilfred and Glen. Resting at Calvary Tabernacle in Perth-Andover, NB with visiting hours on Monday evening January 7, 2008 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 2 pm from Calvary Tabernacle with Rev. D. T. Ferrell officiating. Interment in Three Brooks Cemetery later in the spring.
