It is with great sadness that the family of the late Isabella Margaret Rubia announce her passing at the I.C.Unit of the Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook, on Wednesday April 10th 2008 in her 80th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Paul Joseph, her children: Anne (Adriano Flumian) of B.C. Mickey (Bengt Stahal) of Sweden, Nelson (Elizabeth) of St. Judes, Mary (Melvin Cole) of Deer Lake, Leo of St. Judes, Evelyn Rubia of Ottawa, Vincent (Cathy) of Ontario, Harold (Debbie) of St. Judes, Lydia (David Loder) of Ontario, Stephen (Cindy) of Deer Lake, Sonia (Jack Barrett) of Deer Lake, Paula Rubia of Alberta, and Leslie (Eugene Lake) of Alberta. Brothers: Richard (Marion) Bennett of Hampden, and Martin (Masie) Bennett of St. Judes, 38 grandchildren and 27 greta-grandchildren. Mother was predeceased by her children: Walter, Paul and Margaret, her brothers: Peter, David, Martin Richard and Wallace. Sisters Annie Bennett, Mabel Rubia, Theresa Bennett, and Jane LeMoine. Her parents: Angus and Mary Bennett. The family will be receiving family and friends today Saturday April 12th 2008 from the hours of 7-9 pm and on Sunday April 13th 2008 from the hours of 2-4 and -9 pm from Parsons Funeral Home 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL. The funeral Mass of christan burial will take place at the Roman Catholic Church in Deer Lake, With Fr. Adian Devine and Fr. John Collins officating with the burial to take place at the family plot of the Roman Catholic section of the Interdomanational cemetery Wights Road, Deer Lake, NL. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer lake.
