VAN TASSEL, PEGGY JOYCE - of Woodstock passed away at Carleton Manor, Woodstock on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at the age of 68. Peggy is survived by five brothers Neil VanTassel of Bangor, Maine and George VanTassel of Woodstock, NB, Douglas VanTassel of Wickham. NB, John VanTassel of Black's Harbour, NB, and Donald VanTassel of Utopia, NB; five sisters Betty Moore of Woodstock, Annabelle Cook of LaTang, NB, Faye Patterson of Beaver Harbour, NB. Joan Cook of LaTang, NB, and Lottie Cook of Penfield, NB. several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Marie ( Ganter ) VanTassel; two sisters Margaret VanTassel and Barbara Edwards. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 pm from St. Paul's Presbyterian Church. Rev. Justin Kim will be officiating, with interment in the Methodist cemetery. www.scottfh.com
