Frances I. Smith Frances I. Smith, 95, of Lakeview Manor, Riverview and formerly of People's Park Tower, Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, April 6th, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Levi and Lillian (Parker) West. Frances was a retired nursing assistant at The Moncton Hospital and attended Steeves Memorial United Church. She was a former member of People's Park Tower Senior's Club, Moncton Hospital Ladies Auxillary, The Moncton Lions Senior Citizens Assoc., and received the City of Moncton 1999 Community Volunteer of the Year Award. Frances will be sadly missed by her daughter, Norma (Roulston) Melvin (Lorne), Riverview; grandchildren, Alan (Sue), David, Susan Curwin (Mike); great granddaughter, Amanda; two nieces; one nephew. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Reginald Roulston; second husband, Blair Smith; sister, Norma; brothers, Carl and Cecil. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday 7 to 9pm. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, April 9th, 2008, 1pm. Rev.
