It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we the family announce the passing of our loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend, Tracy Musgrave McNeil, on Wednesday April 1, 2009, at the QE II Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Frenchvale she was the daughter of Mrs. Theresa Musgrave, Frenchvale, and the late Daniel Musgrave.
She graduated from Riverview High School and was a member of St. Gertrude Church, Woodstock, N.B.
Tracy’s will and determination was truly an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She was optimistic and had a wonderful outlook on life, she lived everyday to the fullest.
Tracy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Besides her mother, Theresa, Tracy is survived by her husband, Patrick McNeil; two daughters, Laura and Morgan, at home; sisters, Lynn (Gerard), Judy (Gord), Julie (Jesse); brothers, Earl (Marie), Frank (Marilyn), Lorne (Karen), Danny (Faye), Ricky (Nikki), as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Bernadette McNeil and father-in-law, Peter McNeil.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 5, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney.
Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2009 at St. Mary’s Church, Frenchvale, with Fr. Paul Abbass officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tracy’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
