The death of Donald MacDonald, age 76, of Wickham, NB, occurred at the Great Oaks Special Care Home, Wickham, NB on April 12, 2010. He was the husband of Jeanne (Leslie) MacDonald and son of the late Arnold and Ruth (Coleman) McDonald. Donald is survived by his wife; daughter Joy and Antonio Temporao of Chapleau, ON; sons Brent and Angie MacDonald of Nashville, TN, Mark and Tammy MacDonald of Winston-Salem, NC; five grandchildren; sister Louise and Holly Reicker of Wickham, NB; brothers Blake and Nancy McDonald, Alvin and Dorothy McDonald, Malcolm and Joanne McDonald all of Wickham, NB; stepdaughter April and Gordon Churchill of St. George, NB; two stepgrandchildren; two step great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Jim.
He is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visitation on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held from Sherwood's Chapel, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in MacDonald's Point Cemetery.
