Phyllis A Porter of Woodstock passed away at Carleton Manor, Woodstock, NB on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at the age of 90. Phyllis is survived by five daughters Carolyn (Laurie) Nester; Rosalie (William) Bullerwell; Judy Porter; Janet (Dennis) Porter; Valerie (Harry) Acheson, three sons Gerald Porter, Richard (Leona) Porter, Larry (Susan) Porter; one sister Rowena Hayes, one sister-in-law and friend Anna Craig; twenty four grandchildren, forty great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren, and special companion Colby. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Vinal and Annie (Degrasse) Craig; first husband W. Guy Porter; common-law husband Orlo Daye; twelve brothers and sisters.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 13th at 11 am from Woodstock Baptist Church, Main Street Woodstock, NB. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating, with interment at a later date. www.scottfh.com
