1945 - 2010 - Gerard LeBlanc, 64, of Bouctouche passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, August 28th, 2010 at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent. He was married to Loretta Arsenault. Born in Bouctouche on October 5th, 1945, he was the son of the Michel and the late Emilia (Bastarache) LeBlanc. Gerard was a plumber by trade, and a member of the Bouctouche Gun Club and the four wheeler club. He will be sadly missed by his wife Loretta, his five children, Denise Girvan (Scott) of Bouctouche, Geraldine Allain (Guy Jr.) of Saint-Edouard de Kent, Gerard Jr. (Rachel), Maurice (Yvonne), and Rhéal (Réjeanne) all of Bouctouche, and his seven grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his three sisters, Léola Nowlan, Noella LeBlnac, Marie-Mai LeBlanc, and his three brothers, Maxime, Emilien (Lucina), Yvon (Melina) all of Bouctouche and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one sister Geralda, and two brothers Léo and Joseph.
Visitation will be held at l'église Pleine Évangile, Girouardville Rd., Bouctouche on Tuesday, August 31st, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 10 to 11 am. Funeral service will be held at the Église Pleine Évangile, Girouardville Rd., Bouctouche on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 at 11:00 am. Internment will take place in the église du Pleine Évangile Cemetery, Bouctouche. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche. www.mailletfuneralhome.ca
