July 24, 1945 - September 15, 2010

Daniel C. Elliott of Langley, British Columbia passed away on September 15th, 2010 after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He was born to Annas Louise Brookes July 24, 1945 in Prince Rupert, BC. For most of his life, "Danny" made his home in British Columbia, growing up in Kamloops, and working long hours as a truck driver. For the past ten years, he made his home in Langley, BC. Close friends and family will remember him for his sense of humour, compassion, generosity, and most of all for the love he shared with his family. He died at home surrounded by the family and friends he loved.

He is survived by a large family and many friends including Denielle (Deanie) Elliott, Viola Cass, Michael (and Maggie) Brookes, Timothy (and Lorraine) Brookes, Nadine Brookes, Jenelle Walker, Michael Cass, Jaden Goertzen, and Jessica Cass.

Danny was predeceased by his brother, Robert Elliott in 1992, and by his mother, Annas Brookes in 1999.

A Memorial Service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, September 25th, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Brookswood Estate Hall, 3931 - 198th Street, in Langley.
