REECE, Robert Darren – 53 yrs, born June 7, 1964 in Halifax, NS passed away on July 28, 2017 in Cambridge, ON. He was the son of Ivor Reece and Mildred (Atwood) Reece of Kingston, NS. Rob studied carpentry and welding at Middleton Vocational School and worked on the family dairy farm in Torbrook Mines, Annapolis County, NS. After finishing school, he moved to Ontario and worked for the City of Toronto as a welder. Rob loved spending time with his sons Tyler, Mitchell and Tanner. Besides his sons, Rob is survived by his mother Mildred (Millie) Reece; his siblings, Wayne (LeeAnne) Reece, Cambridge, ON; Wendy (Blake) Wile, Yellowknife, NT; Wanda (Ivan) Crabbe, Grande Prairie, AB; Kevin (Sara) Reece, Calgary, AB; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Ivor Reece. A service and burial of ashes will take place at the Torbrook Mines Community Cemetery, 1388 Torbrook Road, on October 14 at 5:30 pm. A gathering for refreshments will follow the service at 8 Paragon Place, Kingston.
