Passed away Oct. 16, 2017 in Innisfail AB with Alzheimer's Disease, Charles Garfield Parsons formerly of Corner Brook, NL. Predeceased by his parents Winnifred (Pafford) and Bertram and by his siblings Bill, Carrie, Fred, Marion and Ed. Survived by his wife Shirley Marie (Short) of South Brook, NL; his children Shirley, Sonya, Bert and Sam; five grandchildren; his brother Bob of St. Anthony and nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place.
