Suddenly as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Wetaskiwin, Alta., on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011, of Carl Ramsay of Westerose, Alta., and formerly of Kensington, aged 47 years. Born in Summerside, Nov. 10, 1963, son of the late Leigh R. and Stella M. (Wall) Ramsay. Husband of Jeannie Clark. Brother of Kenneth (Gail), Moncton; Audrey Crouse, Quispamsisi, N.B.; Wallace (Myrna), Summerside; Faith LeClair (Paul Matheson), Kensington; and Darlene (Mike) Poirier, Mont Carmel. Brother-in-law of Gary Champion, Kensington. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Melinda Champion, and infant brother Clarence Russell Ramsay. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 12 noon until time of the funeral in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Malpeque.
