At the Garden Nursing Home on Friday, April 20, 2012, of Dorothy Pansy Chandler (Smith), formerly of Wheatley River and LePage Court, Hunter River, age 97 years. Mother of Jean MacRae (Sterling), John H. Chandler (Gloria) and Alma Nunn (William). Grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Harold A. Chandler, infant son, sisters and brother, Una Smith, Ausline Axworthy (David) and Robert Smith (Jessie), granddaughter Susan MacRae and great-granddaughter Monica Smith. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral on Sunday from Central Queen’s United Church at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Wheatley River Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Wheatley River Cemetery or Central Queen’s United Church.
