GAUTHIER, NORA - The death of Marie Eleanor “Nora” Gauthier of Minto, NB, occurred Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton, NB. Born in Minto, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alban and Sylvia Cormier. Nora is survived by her loving husband, Alyre Gauthier; a son, Ralph Barton (Nancy) of Noonan, NB; daughters, Irene Barton of New England Settlement, NB, and Christine Morton (Gary) of Chipman, NB; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several step- grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nora was predeceased by a son, Clarence Barton; a brother, Adlor Cormier; and a sister, Bertha Richard.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services, Minto, NB, with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 17, 2012, from Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Minto. Interment will follow in Saint Bridget’s Catholic Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB.
