Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton on Sunday, September 29, 2013, Mrs. Amelia Susanna Rose, age 91 years of Belleoram. Leaving to mourn her loving family: children, Levi (Sonny) and wife, Norma at Port Aux Basques, Allan and wife, Vera at Belleoram, Josephine and husband, Gordon Drake at Yellowknife, NWT, Doug and wife, Julie at Rose Blanche, Newman and wife, Mary at Belleoram, Ellie and husband, Hibbert Caines at Pool’s Cove and Craig and wife, Mabel at Belleoram; twenty-one grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; plus a number of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her husband, Myril on November 21, 1984 and other relatives.
Funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2 , 2013 at 2:00 pm from St. Lawrence Anglican Church at Belleoram with Rev. Midred Tobin officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Belleoram.
