PALMER, PHYLLIS MYRTLE ANNIE - Phyllis M.A. Palmer, formerly of Millville, NB went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 3, 2014 at York Manor. Phyllis was born at Central Hainesville, NB in 1917, a daughter of the later John and Alice (Billings) Brown. She is survived by a daughter, Pauline Foster, Burtts Corner, NB; two grandsons, Phillip Foster (Joanne) and Clifford Foster, both of Burtts Corner, NB; three grandsons, Malcolm Foster, Burtts Corner, NB, Keith Foster and Andrew Foster, both of Calgary, AB; two great grandsons, Brett and Colby; a brother, Allison Brown (Doreen), Gatineau, Quebec; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clowes Palmer; four brothers, Clifford, Lewis and Elwood Brown and Chalma Billings; three sisters, Alma Hawkins, Bessie Wallace and Marion Dillon.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Peter Thomas and Rev. Stephen Hoyt officiating. A reception will follow at the funeral home. Interment will take place later at Hawkins Corner Cemetery.
