The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton, surrounded by family on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, of Angeline M. Gaudet, of St. Edward aged 99 years. Wife of the late Lazarette Gaudet. She was born in St. Edward on August 27, 1915, the daughter of the late Andrew and Kate (Doucette) Allain. Dear mother to Estha (late Joe) Laviolette, Summerside; Irene (late Alfred) Doucette, Summerside; Hermine (Nelson) Deagle, St. Edward and Allan Gaudet, Wandering River, Alberta. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters Joseph, Emanuel, Frank Allain and Mary Gaudet. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road, for visiting hours Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10 a.m. Funeral will be held Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, with funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery. Memorial donations to the Church Repair Fund would be greatly appreciated.
