After a short battle with cancer, peacefully, with family at her side, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Friday, December 5, 2014, of Diane Phyllis Kemp (nee Murphy), Montague, age 61 years.
Devoted mother of Corey and Lora (Paul Moore). Loving “Mammie” to grandchildren Khalyn, Morgan and Hayley Kemp. Lovingly remembered by sisters Marjorie (Garth) MacKay, Carol Ross, Karen Murphy (Glennie Ryan) and Jane (John) Gaske. She will also be sadly missed by her niece Cindy Ross MacLean, nephew David Ross and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Diane was predeceased by her parents Harry and Hazel (Semple) Murphy and brother Roy.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visitation on Monday, December 8, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at 1 p.m.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Perrins Marina Villa Activity Fund would be greatly appreciated.
Diane will be greatly missed by her family, friends, colleagues and all that came to know and love her.
