Dougald Meadus passed peacefully away January 8, 2015. Formerly of Grates Cove, Trinity Bay, in his 82nd year. Dougald's immediate family reside in Ontario. Predeceased by parents Henry and Elizabeth Jane (Churchill). He was also deceased by sisters Maude, Louise, and Susannah; brothers Charles, George, Lewellyn, Harry, Clarence and Obediah. Leaving with cherished memories and will never be forgotten, sisters Phyllis Lambert of Carbonear and Isabel Rowsell of Conception Bay South; many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Those we hold most dear never truly leave us...They live on in the kindness they showed, the comforts they shared and the love they brought into our lives.
