Passed peacefully away at Crescent Park Lodge in Fort Erie, ON. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Olive Lundrigan, son Keith Brown, sisters Leona Fillier, Eileen and Mary Lundrigan and step-mother Gladys Lundrigan. Mourning her loss are sons Gary Brown (Jeanette) and grandsons Chris and Trevor, Torbay; Brian Brown (Vera), Fort Erie; daughter Charmaine Turmel (Normand) and granddaughters Laura and Patricia, Montreal; and son David Brown, Toronto. Also mourning her loss are brothers David (Violet) Lundrigan, Edward (Patricia) Lundrigan and brother-in-law Walter Fillier as well as other relatives and friends in NL. At Elsie's request cremation has taken place. Private funeral arrangements are entrusted to William's Funeral Services, Ridgeway, ON. Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. Elsie will return to her beloved NL one last time and visitation will take place at a time to be determined.
