Willigar, M. Genevieve “Jenny” – Age 84, of Parrsboro passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro. Born in Joggins, she was a daughter of the late George and Mable (Comeau) Van Snick. She is survived by sisters, Joan Burbine, Sackville, N.B.; Catherine McKenzie (Philip), Lower Sackville; Rose Marie Cormier (Ron), Amherst; Grace Anne Vance, Joggins; brothers, Louis, Lower Maccan; Howard (Doris), Amherst; Roger (Violet), Joggins; Robert, Shediac, N.B.; Peter, Amherst; Edward “Buddy” Cormier, Amherst; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Keith in 2005; brothers, Kenneth and George “Sonny”. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at St. George’s Anglican Church, Parrsboro, Archdeacon Glenn Eason officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
